Vaidya Riya Rai Dwivedi is a classically trained Ayurvedic physician dedicated to integrating ancient wisdom into modern lifestyles. Her approach is rooted in the philosophy that Ayurveda is not just a system of medicine but a complete way of living in harmony with nature.
